This was a great mind jog. Giving ideas to spark creativity. Polina is a fantastic writer herself. So I appreciate the insight from here.
There was one that stuck out to me:
Research suggests that people’s most creative ideas strike when they’re not actively thinking about anything — that’s why showering, running, meditating, or any sort of rote activity can spark inspiration.
I have noticed this on numerous occasions, mostly around hiking, but I was never mindful of it. I am going to work on this and try a few walks a week without a phone.
