Hello all,
Let’s add something new. I want to share tweets, articles, podcasts, and videos that I explore during the week. These aren’t necessarily financial market related, but they could be.
To the new subscribers this week- welcome and thank you! Join the others who are receiving thought provoking content weekly.
Today’s TLDR:
Tweet: 9 habits installed.
Article: Fossils of dinosaurs
Podcast: US Most Wanted Cybercriminal

Incredible thread by Benjamin. In his context, he talks about exercise, endurance, and doing hard things. His 9 habits can be used for anything in your life.
Two things made me think;
Learn to run on tired legs. As an endurance athlete, it is vital to practice this not only physically, but mentally as well. You can change this context to be anything. You will give up mentally before you will give up physically.
Zoom out enough and you'll see that consistency always beats intensity. I strive for everyone to step back and see the big picture. People get caught up in their day to day. Small wins consistently will always trump intensity.

"Death shadow" fossils of largest raptor dinosaur unearthed in Argentina
When I was younger, I wanted to be an archaeologist. I think this stemmed from Tomb Raider and Lara Croft. I still haven’t ruled it out at 30 years old. Kidding… slightly.
It is hard to believe something this gigantic once roamed our earth. Five tons and measured three stories from nose to tail. How simple, or complex, was life back then? I feel as if it would be more complex in ways we will never know, yet simple in those same ways.
Patagonia feels like the gold mine for dinosaur artifacts. Can you imagine those high peak mountains, then seeing a megaraptor appear behind them?
Always remember we’re just on this spinning rock for a little while. Live your life to the fullest.
Podcast:
Brett Johnson: US Most Wanted Cybercriminal | Lex Fridman Podcast #272
I stumbled on this podcast via YouTube auto play and YouTube knocked it out of the park.
Robert takes Lex through his life- from a young age in Eastern Kentucky, to become known as the “Original Internet Godfather” by the US Secret Service. He built one of the first cybercrime communities in the world, and now helps the world practice cybersecurity.
